This large green space was being redeveloped at the time of research and was due to reopen in March 2017. The rehabilitated park will feature promenades lined with palm trees, water features, a stadium, a skate park and an underground car park. The Cathédrale du Sacré Coeur, in its northwest corner, will be retained.
