Bekopaka

Bekopaka is a rural municipality situated in western Madagascar, forming part of the Antsalova district within the Melaky Region. As of a 2001 census, the population was estimated to be approximately 9,000 residents. The area is equipped with a local airport and provides primary and junior secondary education. The economy is largely agricultural, with key crops including rice, bananas, maize, and cassava.
