Purros

Purros is a remote settlement situated in the Kunene region of Namibia, deeply embedded within the vast Namib Desert. This area is celebrated for its breathtaking and largely untouched landscapes, which are characterized by striking red dunes, rugged terrain, and ancient riverbeds. Visitors to Purros can experience spectacular views, including dramatic canyons, and witness unforgettable sunsets and moonrises over the desert expanse.The region serves as a vital habitat for a diverse array of wildlife, most notably its iconic desert-adapted elephants, which freely roam the arid plains.
